To carry out our everyday mission, we rely on a strong and committed leadership team. Each member brings deep expertise, a shared passion for innovation, and a focus on improving patient care.

Leadership Team

Behind every IBA solution is a team of experienced professionals united by a shared mission: advancing nuclear medicine with confidence alongside our customers. Together, they bring strategic vision, deep scientific expertise, and hands-on operational understanding to radiopharmacies, hospitals, and research centres around the world.

  • Charles Kumps
    Vice-President RadioPharma Solutions
    Charles Kumps

Charles leads IBA RadioPharma Solutions across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. His focus: making sure the teams, technologies, and partnerships are in place for customers to grow their radiopharmaceutical capabilities with confidence — today and in the years ahead.

  • Francois-Xavier Feltz
Head of Solution and Product Development
    François-Xavier Feltz

Operating at the frontier between R&D and real-world deployment, François-Xavier drives innovation that holds up beyond the lab. His team transforms clinical insight and operational feedback into integrated, production-ready systems — designed for rapid adoption, intuitive use, and sustained performance in demanding radiopharmacy environments. If a solution cannot withstand the realities of daily operations, it goes back to the drawing board.

  • Benoit Nactergal
    Head of Research and Development
    Benoit Nactergal

With over 23 years in accelerator engineering and worldwide project management, Benoit owns IBA RadioPharmasolutions' R&D roadmap from early-stage research through technology transfer to manufacturing readiness. Leading a multidisciplinary team, he develops next-generation cyclotrons, targets, synthesis modules, and quality control systems — the technologies that determine what customers will be able to produce five and ten years from now.

  • David Andrieux
    Head of Radiochemistry
    David Andrieux

PhD in physics, David is responsible for IBA's radiochemistry platform - moving towards even more automated and reusable solutions. From hardware prototyping to tracer development, robust and reproducible methods are not optional in his team; they are the starting point from which everything else follows.

  • Eric Behets
    Head of Equipment Delivery
    Eric Behets

From factory acceptance to first patient scan, Eric's team manages the full delivery chain for cyclotron and synthesis systems, working in close collaboration with IBA's engineers and scientists at every stage. With over 20 years in complex project management, he ensures each installation is coordinated directly with the customer's teams for safety, precision, and a smooth transition into operations. His team also delivers upgrades to existing sites, adapting installed systems to meet evolving production and performance requirements.

  • Cedric Jacques
    Head of Customer Service
    Cédric Jacques

When a system stops, patients wait. Cédric runs a global service organisation built around that reality — supporting customers from installation and commissioning through to preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, spare parts, and upgrades across the full lifecycle of every IBA system. His team's measure of success: uptime.

  • Frederic Jodocy
    Head of Global Sales
    Frédéric Jodocy

Frédéric and his team partner with hospitals, research centres, and radiopharmacies worldwide to find the right fit between each site's ambitions and IBA's capabilities. Many of these relationships span decades — built not on one-time transactions but on the kind of trust that comes from solving real problems together, year after year.

  • Louise Piron
    Head of Marketing
    Louise Piron

Louise shapes how IBA RadioPharma Solutions communicates — translating complex cyclotron and radiochemistry technology into language that resonates with nuclear medicine physicians, hospital decision-makers, and technical teams alike. Her focus: making sure what IBA says matches what customers actually experience.
