Customer Success Story

From design to validation: IBA’s end-to-end support at CHU Québec - Université Laval

radiopharmacy IBA

The hospital needed support to set up a radiopharmacy to expand patient access, and to boost its theranostics leadership.

Before setting up an in-house radiopharmacy, the CHU Québec – Université Laval relied on external providers for radiopharmaceuticals. It constrained its ability to provide patient access to novel theranostics radiopharmaceuticals. The Canadian hospital turned to IBA for a solution that could ensure consistent and flexible production while supporting both clinical care and research.

IBA partnered with the CHU Québec to implement the IntegraLab® project with end-to-end support and technical expertise.

IBA has been a comprehensive partner, guiding this hospital from design to installation and validation. By integrating the cyclotron, targets, chemistry modules and hot cells, IBA ensured precise coordination and reliable performance. This collaboration enabled the CHU to build cutting-edge radiopharmacy, strengthening clinical capabilities, and fostering future innovation.
