Rigging of the Cyclone® KIUBE and its self-shielding at CHU Liège, Belgium

Under the Belgian snow, the Cyclone® KIUBE and its self-shielding were rigged at the Sart Tilman hospital, CHU Liège in Belgium. This new Cyclone® KIUBE equipped with 2 liquid targets for ¹⁸F, 1 gas target for ¹¹C-CO₂ and 1 gas target for ¹⁵O, represents a significant milestone for the nuclear medicine service of Sart Tilman, managed by Professor Roland Hustinx, to increase their own radioisotopes production, including ¹⁸F and ⁶⁸Ga.

Congratulations to the IBA & CHU Liège teams on this major achievement!
