Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death in the United States and worldwide. In the light of the changing landscape of cardiac diseases epidemiology, conventional imaging techniques are no longer effective for diagnosis, risk assessment, and patient management . In contrast, quantitative PET provides absolute measurements that can help tackle these challenges and significantly improve patient care.

In this webinar, Dr Di Carli from Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dr. Buechel from University Hospital Zurich will explain why they believe PET imaging is the future in management of CVD.
